I never played Halo, but it was fun to watch...
The idea of a Ringworld dates to science fiction stories by Larry Niven, which I enjoyed. Maybe you would too?

I didn't know that Halo had to do with a ringworld. I know approximately nothing about Halo, actually.
I have heard of Niven's books, but I haven't read any.
So, yeah, I guess I'm excited about Halo. Sorta. = )

Since this is the Fist Topic of discussion, let's talk about fists.
I'm told that you should never put your thumb inside your fist to punch, because you can hurt yourself, whereas generally the idea is to hurt the other person.
I went to a couple of kickboxing lessons at my gym: some are more like aerobics lessons, and some are more like karate lessons. I like the ones that are like aerobics, because you basically just exert a lot of energy without worrying about whether you have perfect form. Fun stuff. Haven't done that in a while. I haven't done speed skating in a while, either, and I miss it.
